Three options depending on your time, circumstances and budget

This programme has been designed with our clients’ flexibility in mind.

Each programme has three core elements – the Leading with Humanity programme, the accompanying workbook and becoming part of a mastermind group that gives you ongoing support. In the Leading with Courage programme you also receive one-to-one coaching with Veronica Lysaght. In the Maintaining the Vision programme you receive all of the benefits of the first two programmes, plus a one-day workshop for your team.

We all have questions…
Who will deliver the programme and how many participants are there in each programme?

The Leading with Humanity, Leading with Courage and Maintaining the Vision programmes will be delivered as one-to-one training by Veronica Lysaght.
How will the programme be delivered?
Currently, delivery is over zoom. Once your payment is received, you will be invited to make an appointment with Veronica and schedule the development sessions. For the Leading with courage programme, we will book in the six sessions of coaching at our first session. For the Maintaining the vision programme, we will agree the format and location of the team workshop and tailor it to your needs.
What happens if I miss a training session?
If you give more than 24hrs notice, we will find an alternative time. Remember, you will still have the workbook to assist you to work through the exercises in that session.
What is the workbook?

The workbook is a PDF file that outlines the Leading with Humanity programme. It is designed for you to fill in answers to prompts about how you lead and your project. It also contains key learning concepts covered in the programme – so all your materials are in one place.

What happens if I miss a one-to-one coaching session?
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice of a cancellation of a one-to-one coaching session. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the session, it is at the discretion of the coach to decide whether this comes out of the six one-to-one sessions that are part of your package.
How does the Mastermind group work?

The Mastermind group is made up of up to 6 people who have completed (or nearing completion) of one of the programmes. The purpose of the group is to embed the learning that you gained in your development programme and have support as you go forward.

We will meet (virtually) for 1.5 hours approximately every two weeks. The Mastermind group will be facilitated by Veronica Lysaght for the first 4 sessions. After this time, it is up to the group to decide if you want to continue meeting or not – though we encourage you to do so.

What does the Team Workshop consist of?
The details of the workshop will be tailored to your requirements. It could be that the workshop delivers core elements of the Leading with Humanity programme to your leadership team. It could be that Veronica speaks about the qualities of those who lead with humanity and this is followed up with team coaching. Basically, we can partner together to find the workshop that will work best for you and your team.

If the workshop is wanted for longer than a day, then there will be an additional charge, which can be negotiated with Leading with Humanity.

What if I don’t want to do the programme, but instead would like one-to-one coaching or team coaching?
That’s great! We’re flexible. Just book a call and we’ll discuss. I’m sure we’ll find a solution that works for you.
